Precautions for the use of main products
Before operation, the positioning sleeve should be removed, check whether the moving parts can move freely, and whether the electric control part is normal. After filling lubricating oil, turn on the machine and run it idle, and check that everything is normal before using it. The positioning sleeve must be removed before each use. After use, all kinds of sundries on the instrument should be cleaned, and the positioning sleeve should be placed in place to prevent the center position from being affected by force on the table.
The external power supply of all products must be grounded safely.
·Reference for oil change number of testing machine (both use mechanical oil)
Due to temperature changes, the oil used is slightly different, and the recommended oil specifications are as follows:
a) When the ambient temperature is 15±5°C, it is recommended to use mechanical oil GB443-84N68.
b) When the ambient temperature is 25±5°C, it is recommended to use mechanical oil GB443-84N100.

Do not drive the car in reverse, which may easily cause the blade and shaft to break. The working site should be kept clean. After each use, the residual mortar inside and outside the stirring blade and stirring pot should be thoroughly removed, and the protective cover should be put on after wiping dry. Grease the moving parts once a season, just open the transmission box cover when refueling; maintain once a year, clean the whole machine and add lubricating oil and grease. Handle the stirring pot with care, and do not collide at will, so as not to cause the stirring pot to deform.

Please do not install non-genuine software or floppy disks or CDs from unknown sources into the computer that comes with the machine, so as not to be infected with viruses, damage the pressure testing machine or cause more serious consequences.
