Some users even complain that the equipment is too delicate, not as good as the old hydraulic press. As everyone knows, the electro-hydraulic servo testing machine is a high-precision instrument that combines light, mechanics, and electricity. It is not a productive device. How can it be used as an "old scalper"? The following ten points of experience, use will be handy.

1. Cleaning and cleaning: Some dust, such as scale, metal debris, etc., will inevitably be generated during the test. If it is not cleaned in time, it will not only cause wear and scratches on the surface of some parts, but also Seriously, if the dust enters the hydraulic system of the electro-hydraulic servo testing machine, it will cause very serious consequences such as blocking the valve hole and scratching the surface of the piston. Therefore, cleaning after each use is very important, and the testing machine must be kept clean;
2. Complete the corresponding test with a suitable fixture, otherwise not only the test will not be very successful, but also the fixture will be damaged: the electro-hydraulic servo testing machine is generally only equipped with a fixture for standard samples. If you want to make non-standard samples, For example, steel strands, lapped steel, etc., must be equipped with suitable fixtures; there are also some ultra-hard materials, such as spring steel, etc., must use clips of special materials, otherwise the fixture will be damaged;
3. Hydraulic oil: It is necessary to check the liquid level of the oil tank frequently and replenish the oil in time; generally, the oil should be changed every 2000 to 4000 hours of use; however, the most important thing is that the oil temperature should not exceed 70°C, and the cooling must be turned on when the oil temperature exceeds 60°C system;
4. Filter: For the filter without clogging indicator, it should be replaced every 6 months. For filters with clogging indicators, they must be constantly monitored, and they must be replaced immediately when the indicator alarms;
5. Accumulators: Some electro-hydraulic servo testing machines are equipped with accumulators. It is necessary to ensure that the pressure of the accumulators is in a normal working state. If the pressure is found to be insufficient, the pressure needs to be replenished immediately; only nitrogen can be charged into the accumulators;
6. Regular inspection of components: all pressure control valves, flow control valves, pump regulators, and signal devices such as pressure relays, travel switches, and thermal relays must be inspected regularly;
7. Cooler: The scale of the air-cooled cooler should be cleaned regularly; the water-cooled cooler should be regularly observed for cracks and leaks in the cooling copper pipe;
8. The lead screw and transmission part of the electro-hydraulic servo testing machine should be lubricated regularly to prevent dry friction;
9. The fasteners of the electro-hydraulic servo testing machine should be locked regularly: the vibration after the sample is broken often causes some fasteners to loosen, and regular inspections must be carried out (about 30 working days for normal use) to ensure Avoid large losses due to loose fasteners.
10. Other inspections: be vigilant and pay close attention to details, so as to detect signs of accidents early and prevent major accidents. This is especially true when the equipment is initially put into operation. Always be aware of external leaks, contamination, damaged components, and unusual noises from pumps, couplings, etc.
