This is because the oil in the sealed cavity will inevitably leak and the oil will gradually decrease. At this time, oil must be added. For liquid, use ordinary engine oil, and it is better to use low viscosity during winter. When refueling, first unscrew the refueling screw plug on the top of the zero-adjustment screw plug, then turn the zero-adjustment screw plug to an appropriate position, and add oil from the screw hole, paying special attention not to mix air, (filling with a syringe) More suitable) oil to the orifice, finally screw on the oil plug, squeeze out excess oil, tighten, and dry.

2. Maintenance and refueling method:
If it still cannot be used normally, the pressure gauge must be removed and refueled in the oil pipe of the pressure gauge.
Be sure to strictly follow the steps below:
1. Remove the pressure gauge.

2. Lift the needle and gently disassemble the pressure gauge.

3. Carefully desolder with an electric soldering iron.

4. Carefully scrape off the welding slag.

5. 2mm holes can be seen.

6. Use a syringe to inject oil into the 2mm hole.

7. Add oil until the upper end of M20×1.5 emits oil.

8. Remove excess oil.

9. Seal welding, weld the oil pipe as it is.

10. Install the pressure gauge.

Attachment: Repair and maintenance of the instrument:
1. After the instrument is used, all parts must be wiped clean, and the non-painted metal surface should be oiled to prevent corrosion.
2. There is an oil cup on the chassis of the instrument. After a period of use, some lubricating oil must be injected into the oil cup to facilitate the lifting and lowering of the lifting sleeve.
Remarks: In order to avoid the lubricating oil in the transport gearbox from being turned out, generally no oil is added before leaving the factory. Please add it before use to facilitate use.
