The external power supply of all products must be grounded safely.
The oil number reference of the test machine (both use mechanical oil)
Since the oil used by the testing machine is slightly different at different temperatures, the recommended oil specifications are as follows:
a) When the ambient temperature is 15±5°C, it is recommended to use mechanical oil GB443-84N68 (No. 40 mechanical oil).
b) When the ambient temperature is 25±5°C, it is recommended to use mechanical oil GB443-84N100 (No. 50 mechanical oil).
In addition, the common names of oil products are slightly different in different places, please check the comparison table of some oil product names.

Before operation, the positioning sleeve should be removed, check whether the moving parts can move freely, and whether the electric control part is normal. After filling lubricating oil, turn on the machine and run it idle, and check that everything is normal before using it. The positioning sleeve must be removed before each use. After use, all kinds of sundries on the instrument should be cleaned, and the positioning sleeve should be placed in place to prevent the center position from being affected by force on the table.

Do not drive the car in reverse, which may easily cause the blade and shaft to break. The working site should be kept clean. After each use, the residual mortar inside and outside the stirring blade and stirring pot should be thoroughly removed, and the protective cover should be put on after wiping dry. Grease the moving parts once a season, just open the transmission box cover when refueling; maintain once a year, clean the whole machine and add lubricating oil and grease. Handle the stirring pot with care, and do not collide at will, so as not to cause the stirring pot to deform.
