The Inline Packing System manufactured in accordance with the world advanced technology introduced from Haver & Boechet Company Germany is a system for filling easy-flowing cement or chemicals powdery into bag with simultanous weighing of the bulk material. The system is characterized by its high filling performance, automatic filled bag discharge accurate weighing and excellent dust collecting. The packing machine is pneumatically controlled.
Spout Inline Packer
Model BBXE(SG), New standard BGYJ2, is with mechanical weighing system.
Mechanical Weighing System: This system is a sliding beam of a particular-ly robust and maintenance free design with low inertia. Coarse and fine flow settings are controlled by proximity switches. The target weight can be corrected with a hand lever. It can be set for any choice of filling weight from 20kg-50kg.
Model BBXE(FE), New standard BGYD2, is with electronic weighing system.
Electronic Weighing System: 10 LEDs are installed on the front panel to indicate the operations respectively. Coarse and fine flow settings and weight are controlled by the central control box. It can be set for any choise of filling weight from 20kg-50kg.
